These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgileDigest website at agiledigest.com and any services offered through it (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

AgileDigest provides AI and software consulting and delivery services, including Private & Disconnected LLM Engineering, Forward Deployment Engineering, AI development and strategy, web application development, and related corporate training.

The website itself is primarily informational: it describes our offerings and lets you contact us or book a consultation. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between you and AgileDigest — not by these Terms.

The Services are intended for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use them.

The website does not offer public account registration. Administrative accounts are provisioned internally by AgileDigest for authorized personnel only. If you hold such an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' data, or our systems, or probe or test their security;
• Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access, harvest, or overload the site, or to spam our forms;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules, without notice.

All content on the website — text, graphics, logos, designs, code, and the “AgileDigest” name and branding — is owned by AgileDigest or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for your own informational and business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Ownership of any custom work product created during a paid engagement (such as code, architecture, or documentation) is governed by your separate engagement agreement — where, as a rule, deliverables belong to the client.

When you submit information through the site — enquiry details, booking information, or other content — you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to you and manage our relationship, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through public forms; use a secured channel we agree on.

Consultations booked through the site are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is a request to meet; it does not create any contractual obligation to provide services. We may reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion, and we ask that you give reasonable notice if you need to cancel.

The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms — for example, our CRM (Optima Orbit), the embedded booking calendar, and external training portals. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. Any reliance you place on website content is at your own risk. Nothing on the site constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgileDigest and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the website in the twelve months before the claim. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold AgileDigest harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, so please review this page periodically.
